Welcome to KID SHOE! We are thrilled to offer you our shipping services to ensure that your kids' shoes reach you in a timely manner and perfect condition. We use reliable shipping methods and ensure secure packaging to guarantee the safety of your order. Our shipping costs are kept transparent and affordable for your convenience.

KID SHOE Members get free ground shipping on all orders over $99 within Canada, before taxes. (Unfortunately, this excludes Air Stages and other remote Northern areas)

Orders under these minimums are calculated in real-time in at checkout.

FREE IN-STORE PICK UP

Shop online from the comfort of your home and pick up at Kiddie Kobbler Midtown location with no additional charge! When your order is ready at the store, we will call you to come and pick it up – it’s that easy.

NOTE: Regular processing and shipping times still apply.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES & ORDER TRACKING

Orders typically take 1-3 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number when your order ships. Occasionally, we may ship multiple piece orders out separately to get your order to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will receive an email outlining what was shipped and what is pending. You can also track your order in your online account.

CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and your credit card will not be charged.

Return & Exchange Information

At KID SHOE, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for your child's shoes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the process as easy as possible for you.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

KID SHOE online store and Kiddie Kobbler Midtown retail store will gladly take back your purchase if you change your mind, as long as it is UNWORN! For an item that is regular price: 7 days refund, 14 days exchange or store credit for local pick up or local delivery. For an item that is ON SALE: NO REFUND, but 14 days exchange or store credit.

If an item goes beyond the 14 days, you can still exchange it within 30 days of your e-Receipt date, as long as it is purchased at the online KID SHOE store, just no local store credit can be issued. 

Online shipping returns are extended to within 30 days of your e-Receipt order date for remote shipped items that are unused/unworn, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories for online credit of the purchase price minus shipping charges.

Please follow the simple steps below for returns / exchanges:

  • Send back your regular priced purchase within 7 days of your purchase in new, unworn in its original packaging.

  • Do not tape or apply labels/stamps to the original shoe/product box. Please wrap the box in paper or enclose it inside another box for shipping.

  • Enclose the receipt as well as a note explaining reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You MUST use Canada Post or US Postal Service or other registered shipping service company to return your item(s). KID SHOE offers pre-paid return shipping label with standard Canada Post shipping rate with returns by mail. You can print this pre-paid return shipping label and we'll deduct a return processing fee of Canada Post shipping rate upon receipt of your return.

  • Customers must send the item back prepaid (not C.O.D). Any C.O.D. orders will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

  • Online order returns can be made in person or at KID SHOE/ Kiddie Kobbler Midtown retail store with your e-Receipt at KID SHOE.

  • To exchange an item, please exchange the item either in store, or place a new online order for the correct item, and simply return the unwanted item for a refund.

  • You will be required to provide your name, telephone number, and postal code for a return or exchange transaction.

To be eligible for a refund on your online purchase you must provide the following:

  • The unused/unworn item in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts & accessories

  • The order e-Receipt (printed copy or mobile device display)

It could take up to 1-2 weeks to process the return and refund.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return:

  • Clearance (Price Point NOT ending in $0.00 or marked as FINAL SALE)

  • “Open-Box” Electronics 

  • Products associated with hygiene and public safety (including but not limited to swimwear, underwear, masks & mouth guards)

  • Nutritional and Food Products
